How many times do you lift per week, and what are your results. I hear train every part once per week only. Yet I read about pros like Arnold who swear by 6 days and living in the gym. Which one is right?!?!

well, i do a push pull upper body mon, tue
then legs on wed,
another push pull upper for thur and fri

cardio 30 min on upper days

weekends off - sex and drugs..hehe j/k

i am usually out of the gym in an hour and 15, depending on how long i extend the cardio and how my back feels
