well, i do a push pull upper body mon, tue then legs on wed, another push pull upper for thur and fri cardio 30 min on upper days weekends off - sex and drugs..hehe j/k i am usually out of the gym in an hour and 15, depending on how long i extend the cardio and how my back feels x ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
