Hey guys i was wondering if you use Rogaine through your cycle to prevent hairloss. Then when you finish the Rogaine does the hair that you kept while on the Rogaine, do you loose it when you stop taking the rogaine? Thanks guys.     | ||

Rogaine doesn't really prevent hairloss, but attempts to regrow hair that has thinned or been destroyed. For prevention, try nizoral and spironolactone. | ||

I use NIOXIN. Its working good so far--been 3 weeks. Thicker hair. I dont have noticable hair loss, only I can tell. Rogaine is good also. ------------------ | ||

I use Nioxin. It worked great initially buy now I am beginning to notice more hair loss so I will try Nizoral instead. | ||

People have too much faith in Nizoral. I've been using 2% and juice free for about 2 years EOD with 1% or regular shampoo in between. No change. The only thing it does for me is dry my hair out which gives it the illusion of being thicker. Still receding and that's juice free mind you. If your concerned about hair, I'd use something else instead or at least something with it. |
