I usually inject after a morning shower. I like the heat on the ass before injecting, plus it's nice to get the whole area rinsed clean before swabbing and injecting. I always tend to inject on Monday morning, so my ass isn't as sore on Friday for squats. | ||

I don't think it matters when you inject, But I've found it's best to exercise after you inject. If you inject in the glute do some cardio, ride the bike, or jog or something, it helps pump the blood and I feel takes the soreness away. ------------------ | ||

I agree with Dylan, I think it doesn't matter when you inject. I, however, agree with Bill Roberts on making sure towards the end of a cycle you start to inject in the mornings to allow natural t to come back.... lomaximo | ||

at night after a shower, i think with drugs like fina that have short half lives its better to inject at about the same time everyday. it helps jkeep the levels steadier ------------------ "I used to be a diabetic 'till i kicked it." Usually at night cause I take a shower and my roomates were asleep. Once in the day I was in the middle of an inject and my roomate was bangiing on the bathroom door cause he needed it. I hate interuption, and the bathroom probably smelled like alcohol. ------------------ |
