Im a newbie and have been on my first cycle (Deca) for about four weeks. I desperately need a diet that will work!!! My goal is to add a little mass, but mainly TONE up for the beach. I weigh 225, but alot of it is belly. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'd also like to say thanks to all the intelligent people on the board. I've done alot of surfing the archives, and believe me I've learned alot! Thanks again!!!

I like the modified carb diet (Vox's)...it's a basic high protein diet...adjust your carb intake to your bodies energy levels. Basically listen to what your body is telling you...start off with low carbs, if you feel like your lagging a bit in your work outs...add more carbs. Stick to food that are high in protein...boiled eggs/chicken...tuna (any fish)..protein shakes, cottage cheese, skim milk, nuts, grains, beans etc.
For your next cycle, you may want to consider Fina and winny (a good combo). Fina will help you burn fat while increasing strength and muscle...winny will increase muscle w/o the water retention. Good luck bro.

I will add to whodaman's post by saying that avoiding any carbs within 5 hours of bedtime will make a huge difference. Also avoid sugar as much as possible. Sugar is a great evil and it should be avoided at all costs.
