ok..i have a question...i started clen on sunday i took 1 on sunday, monday and tuesday and on tuesday i started to get a headache by tuesday night it was a migrain and then i didnt take clen on wensday but i still have a migrain..could it be from the clen? i use to get migrains alot in school but for the last year i havent really got any...could it be from the clen? if so should i keep taking it? thanks alot

Yes, it very well can be from the clen. Now if the migrains aren't that bad and can be solved with some asprin than i personally would keep taking them. It does suck to have headaches all the time thought. So, really i believe it's up to u. I believe that juice, and clen, or any other illegal drug used for muscle.brings out your worst problems..for example..i always had a minor anxiety problem but once i did dbol (which i know it is a complete different drug..) i had to get on medication for my anxiety..In your case i think the clen just kind of multiplied the strenght of your headaches.i would continue doing it ..and if it gets to be a pain..then either visit a doctor or just simply quit it..

It's most likely from the rise in BP..Give your body a week and ramp up the dosage slowly and you should be fine.

Also don't try to starve yourself. Eat properly. My girl had major headaches on clen, because she wasn't eating.

I get headaches from clen...take some motrin.

Thats why I believe asprin is in a ECA stack to combat headaches....I could be way off

Well asprin also thins your blood, so the fat loss agents in eca will be active for longer i have heard..not sure if theres any truth to this but it makes since..

hey guys thanks...umm this is what i usally eat:

7:30am-1 cup of oatmeal
10:00am-a peice of fruit and either a half a cup of crackers or a granola bar
2:00-a half cup of yogurt
4:00-either a cup of cottage cheese and a bagel or tossed salad with 6oz chicken breast
6:30-peice of fruit
9:30-2 scoop of protien powder with 1 cup skim milk

is that too little? i work 8-4 then i have class from 5-7:30 then i go to the gym until 9:30-10 usally..
therealj-yah i know i should just call you hehe
