Hey bro's by no means do i mean to brag or rub this into anyone's face. First off i would like to start of saying i'm not some stupid juice head kid..(meaning i depend on juice only once a year to polish up my body i don't abuse it at all)... When i was 17 years old this past summer i was 6ft.3 205 lbs..with high 6% bodyfat. (with one cycle of sos.250mg per week under my belt and a 350lb bench press)..Than come sept. i started bulking up hardcore. I did enethate 200mg per week for 10 weeks and rif-B (1cc a day) for about 5 weeks. my gains were good. I got up to weightig 235lbs. and benching 375lbs. i was please..Then after eating right a good 10 times a day i weight about 240lbs. 2 months later than started my (thanks to elite fitness) stack of deca, sos, and rif B.. I now currently weight over 260lbs..and can bench press 405( i just did it monday ...i'm not trying to brag from this post..just say thanks to all your help bro's and i will post my pics from last summer, the end of this bulking season..and the end of my cutting season in about 3 months..(for the cutting season one's for this year)..i've been doing alot of thinking about competing. i've been told i have great genetics..but the reason why i'm going to post my pics. is to let u be the judge..but with this post i just simply wanted to say thanks..

My 18 year old brother is benching 520 lbs! He's never juiced. He's 6'1" at 240 solid as a rock. He has broken the school record by 75lbs. Our little school doesn't have a powerlifting team or he would beat the state record. He bridges though if ya'll know what that means. I tried to get him out of it but he won't listen.
He's a bad ass offensive lineman too. He finally got to play for the first time his senior year since the 9th grade. He's had 3 knee surgeries on the same knee.

Bob, I really didn't mean that post to take away from your accomplishments. After rereading it, it does sound that way.
You know how big brothers can get... I like to brag on my little bro.
He busts his ass in the gym.

Great progress man. There are going to be some who will not believe this feat. I do, I did 375 natural my senior year @ 240lbs. A lot don't believe that, only the people who know me and the poeple who saw it. Yes 2Thick is right, I always said that if hit 400 I will be happy and at 24 that is not the case. I want 500....about 60 lbs away right now, but I'll get it. I assume bench is you favorite as it is mine.....good luck on 500.

Thanks for all the replies. I would have to say my only concern is trying over 405, if my frame could take it. I sure hope so, some day.... It's just that my senoir year i was supposed to get rotator cuff surgory but said fuck that...anyway's i'll have to play with my scanner and my cammera ( i usually have a friend do it)..and yes i did get alot of people who haven't seen me since i was cut saying WTF?...lol..like my ex-g/f she moved away to school in Col.. and when she saw me agian she was like you look alot thicker and your face as a little chubbier.. I was like hey fuck u too u know i haven't talked to the girl in 3 months and she's calling my face chubby...lol..anyways the thing she told me that i needed to get bigger over the winter were my calves..so i flexed em for her and she said...ill sick!!!...so i guess that means they grew alot..but i still think i have alot of growing to do...

Just out of curiosity life sucks why aren't u questioning the kid who said his brother (18 years old) can bench over 500lbs..there are 2 types of people...the type who bragg about what they can do..and add about 20lbs..to what they actually did..and the type who are simply natural born (german genetic) bad asses who really can do.. it ..but anyway i already have the pics of when i was 17 and now all i need is for someone to scan em for me i'm stupid when it comes to that lol..but my friend will help me..so you'll c me at 17 then add about 20-30lbs of fat and water and about 25lbs..of muscle to that frame..but anyways my cycle end in 5 weeks then i'll post those pics..unless u guys want to c what i look like now ..shit i don't care..i just don't know how to use this fucking equipment..and yes i have done my research if it wasn't for elite..i would be having searious headaches..cramps etc..but many of you have helped and i will be having some questoins soon on contest preperation and i hope for many replies as well..thanks alot u guys know your shit..

405lb @ 18 is really good. I benched 700lb for 2 reps back when I was 16. I'm 20 now and can bench 900lb for 3 reps. I can't wait until I try to break the 1000lb barrier. Also, I can squat 1300lb for 2 and dead 1200lb for 3. Hopefully I can total 4000 in my next comp.

And I know a friend of a friend who can bench press a C-class Mercedes, yes that's right the whole f**king car.

I think there is a little bit of exaggeration in all these posts. Has Bill Philips started posting here or what?

First of all I have watched a competing strong man Bench 485 lb's for 3 or 4 reps and he did not make it look easy. Bear in mind this guy weighs over 350 lb's and is only 5 feet 9 or 10 inchs tall.

Everyone knows that the strongest powerlifters are usually under 6 feet tall, simply because of body mechanics, i.e. better leverage.

I have yet to see a 6 footer in our gym bench over 350, let alone 400 lb's.

I'm thinking that either the weight is exaggerated or the amount of steroids used to jump from 205 - 260 lb's in 4 months is exaggerated.

I took the name madmitch from a soldier who was renowned for not taking any shit and that is what I feel my position on this board is. I've heard enough bullshit through the years from the magazine writers, supplement companies, pro bodybuilders etc and now I am trying to rectify that.

Personally I will not believe it until I see it.

There was not one shread of exaggeration in my post. My little brother broke my school's record by 75lbs with his 520lb benchpress. I was benchpressing 405 when I graduated at 19.
I am not a bullshitter. There is a big difference in competition style benchpress where you bring the bar to your chest and while keeping your back flat and torso straight pressing the bar up when they tell you to go.
That was a rep max. It shouldn't make any difference though.
Of the 50 kids that I played football with my senior year, 10 of them were benching 300lbs plus.
Say what you want, this is not bullshit.
Just because you can't do it doesn't mean that others who try harder and have better genetics can't. ...even if they aren't on AS.

Yes Scott825 and how much gear was he on at the time? What was his body weight? and how many spotters did he have doing partial upright rows to help him clear the bar from his chest.

Everything BadassBOB has said sounds fishy, he said he started out at 205 lb's at a high 6% bodyfat. 6% Bodyfat is not f**king high, a lot of top Amateur bodybuilders would be doing well to get their bodyfat down to 6%.

205 lb's on a 6'3" frame would look like f**k all. He's going to have long arms which means he has to move the bar a greater distance than a shorter person.

He claims to have put on 55 lb's body mass in 4 months. It took Mike Francois 2 years under the guidance of some top personal trainers to do the same thing and a ton of supplements no doubt, you know the supplements I'm talking about. Mike also claimed to be eating 8000 - 10,000 calories per day in order to do this.

That is why I find it hard to believe.

Great work!!!!
You must be a freaking OX. Because I know that being 6' 3", as I am, It's a long distance between your chest and your finish out! (When it comes to benching.)

I have a bud that I workout with that always braggs about how much he can bench compared to me. He's 5' 6" and Iout reach him by a good 8 or 9". Wich makes it easier for him because the travel distance of the bar is far less!

Go for 415.....

It amazes me how people have trouble believing these feats.

Here goes another lie(being sarcastic) Dennis Johnson(plays for UK football) in ninth grade, yes 14-15 yrs old, was benching 300+ and squatting 500+ at 15....I don't know what he did after that becasue I graduated, but I'm sure he went up.

Some people jsut have crazy genetics!

Hey this kinda makes me wonder......when you hear about these kids that can bench 400 naturally at 16, c'mon now..........who knows what kinda of gear they are on, who knows for a 100% for sure fact that some of these " genetically strong kids " aren't poppin a few d-bols here and there, nobody knows besides them. I mean put it this way, what if you were 16 and could bench about 400 and you have taken some gear to help you get there. But at the same time everyone is swingin off your nuts just cuz u r soooo strong.....if i was in that position i would say i was natural too. Cause I always hear about people like this......am i right or what fellas?

It's genetics, pure genetics. No strongman, or powerlifter developed his strength up to the max by beginning his bench at 70 pounds. these people are gifted and are pure animals.

I dont find these kids benches that unbelievable. When i was in ninth grade i did 360 lbs. then my senior year in high school i did 470 lbs. these wieghts were without any gear. my next goal is about 600 lbs.

It is about genitics, i'm jealous of these guys but its what you do about your jealously that makes the difference. I know for a fake that my friend isn't on anything not even creatine or pro hormones. He doesn't even take protein powder but he eats everything you should see his lunch, just packs in everything lots of junk food too because you know how school food can be. I believe most of what people say around here, even if they are lying whatever they are lying about has happened before and just the thought of it is interesting, but to each his own i guess.
