I know propionate starts working the same day you take it, but how long does it stay active in the system?    | ||

Well if you only took 350mg 1 time and there is a half life of 3 days then the number below are the amounts left after every 3 days Day 1 350/175/87.5/43.75/21.875/10.93/5.46/ 2.73/1.367 about 27 days ------------------ "Catch a man a fish, he eats for a day.
