hey bros

i did my first sust injection on monday in the quad. after about 2 hours i started to get some pain and swelling at the injection site. this has continued through today - it has not gotten any worse.

is this just a reaction to the sust, or poor injection technique? i shot with a 25 gauge 1 inch needle (i heated the sust in warm water first). only mistake i think i made was shooting too fast - took me like 15 secs for 1 cc injection.

It's totally normal bro... I just began my cycle of sustanon 500mg a week and I can assutre you that somedays I barely can walk. Sustanon is known for soreness.. You can massage your injection site or put a heated pad on your leg, it helps a lot.

Sust soreness is natural. Everyone is a little different, though. For me, it hurts the worst on day 2 and day 3 after the injection. Maybe the immediate pain you felt is from poor injection technique. I screwed up once and accidently let the syringe move off of the plane it was injected on. Basically, the needle went back in forth while in my leg. It bled more and hurt more right away.

It is hard to walk (I do injections in my thigh) some days, but IT HURTS SO GOOD!!!

Day 4 - still sore as a bitch - i took 375mg naprosyn this morning - hopefully that will help it heal.

Does anyone know if naprosyn will affect gains?
