Bro, the front of my shoulder is hurting like hell during chest and delts exercises. Not, muscular, more in the joint. Should I add in some deca at small amounts to help relieve this. What would the deca do for me???

Hey bro, get it checked out. Don't f*ck around. I had a serious injury 2 years ago. The docs didn't want to do anything at first, then I ended up wth 2 surgeries and half my clavicle was taken out cuz it never healed the right way. A cortizone shot in the AC joint will help almost instantly but get it checked.

If it hurts on top of your collarbone toward the shoulder edge, and down into the front of your delt it is most likely the tendon that runs from the collarbone. Mine gets real sore when I bench. Try holding out your sore arm straight ahead of you, then with the other one push down on your hand and use your sore side to push up. If that hurts it's also most likely your tendon. Rest it for a week and take at least 800mg ibuprofen twice a day. Ice, and then ease back into it. I can't throw, or lift my arm above my head when mine acts up. Doc pinned it right away. Ibuprofen and rest work wonders. Good luck. Email me if you need to.

I would skip the deca and see a doc, all the deca will do is relieve the pain, it wont cure it, just make it worse in the longrun.

mjp0504, dont mess around. Ice it, rest it and get some help. Massage may help later. I injured my rotator cuff and did not take this advice. It basically put me out for over a year because I was to keen to get back to the gym and kept aggravating it. Think about the long term. On a positive note, it will heal, and strength will return quickly once its fixed. There is a thread on the Training Board named Shoulder Injury you might want to look at.
