want to do a cycle of deca and test...is the best way to prevention water retention to drink alot of water? don't want to take any diuretics....

Nolvadex and proviron will help with the test and winny and ru-486 will help with the deca.

Bro is this your first cycle? You might not want to run the deca and test together, I have never personally done it I don't believe in deca. However many bro's on here has said bad things about the combo it can be increased gyno risks and problems. You might want to think about test and d-bol or something along that line. Also Nolva is good for keeping the water retention low, but will hinder gains.
