Hey bro's I just wanted to let you in on a little break though I had the past two weeks. Well I am starting my next cycle in a month and I have been traing like a mad man however my body wasn't responding to its fullest potential. However over the last two weeks I changed my workout from 4 days on to one off to a two days on one off two on two off and I have been gaining muscle size and strength up 6 lbs from the transition. My body has always responded well to pushing to the maax but I guess it just wants a rest, I don't mind taking its rewards ![]() -Throwing in life circuit training has also helped muscle development. After nearly 8 years of working out I found that I grow better on 3-4 days a week training. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I train twice a week, and I'm gaining along just fine. Everyone's different. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

i'm similar to drexx....after 14 years of weights, 4 days a week works very well...but i don't mind occasionally pushing it to 5-6 days a week or dropping it to 2 a week...variety is the spice of life ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I agree 100% some time less is more. I have also reduced my total number of sets per body part!!!!!! ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]()

You guys are absolutly right, I am going to stay on this training split till I cycle then I will switch back and forth to see how my body responds and also to take advantage of the AS. Mass Monster ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

You may have been in an overtrained state, and when you come out your body adapts quickly. I have a book with a program in it in which you purposely do this. You do 3 different "ramps", each one week, then you hit the "supergrowth phase." I must say, it really does work. Not quite like you are on deca as the author claims, but good nonetheless. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

It's just all about keeping your body in constant shock. The best way to do that is change your routine ever so often. Both amount of exercises and days. I've trained from 3 to 5 days a week. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]()

i have had this same experience and totally agree that u need to give your muscles time to regenerate and rebuild gear only helps so much do not rely on it pay attention to what your body tells u try training with less sets but harder but not nessesarilly higher wheight i ussually finish most of my training sessions wwithin 45 min or less legs is only 30 min. but it is the most gruling 30-40 min that day less is sometimes better taz ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

yeah i have trained 4 days a week (2 on ,1 off, 2 on, 2 off) but a few months back switched to 3 days (mon, wed , fri). I spoke with this guy that was huge and he said he was trying it, and it was working good. At first it was a little weird , but now i like it, especially for gaining mass. When your resting is when you grow anyway so more rest makes more growth for me. for cutting i will try the 4 days agian, or maybe something different. take it easy bros.
