Hey bro's I just wanted to let you in on a little break though I had the past two weeks. Well I am starting my next cycle in a month and I have been traing like a mad man however my body wasn't responding to its fullest potential. However over the last two weeks I changed my workout from 4 days on to one off to a two days on one off two on two off and I have been gaining muscle size and strength up 6 lbs from the transition. My body has always responded well to pushing to the maax but I guess it just wants a rest, I don't mind taking its rewards ![]() -Throwing in life circuit training has also helped muscle development.
