Okay guys, I've been bestfriends with this guy for 13 years now and he's always had that tiny fragile looking frame. He's been working out for three years now and has only just recently got up to 150lbs and that was from using creatine. He 22, 5'8, BF is very low. He's just one of those guys that doesn't gain weight. For the last two years he's been eating pretty much anything he can get his hands on. He said he tries to eat in between 200 and 220g's of protein. Doesn't really monitor his fat intake. He just doesn't have the genetics. He monitored his calories for a few days and it's usually about 3000 to 3500 a day. He's also tried weightgainer. Any info would be appreciated Later ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

here is the deal..with that body style he should be training intense but shorter than most..not many sets at all..his calories should be over at least 7000 if he really wants to put on size..and if he is like skinny bros I know he bitches that he "eats like a pig"..balls.
