what do u all think is the best protien of the market not counting price or anything like that. just going by pure quality only. in my personal opionion it is MethoxyPro by Cytodyne, but what do u all think.

Whey protein isolate is by far way better than anything else, especially if its in instantised form (mixes better). Ion exchange has a slightly higher protein percentage but has a lower quality amino acid profile than does cross-flow. Ion exchange is also slightly more bioavailable.
Cross-flow costs more than IE.

The best crossflow is >90% pure, the best IE is >92% pure.

Cross-flow whey isolate can be further purified through a system called microfiltration which can provide a powder with a protein percentage closer to that of IE and render a product with 0g of fat and 0g of carbohydrates. But the price is even more than that of standard cross-flow.

Any deviation from pure isolate is pretty much a gimick. Isolate is not cheap. If you want to go cheap, go for whey concentrate or milk, egg, or beef. The only advantage of these lower percentage powders is that they all have slightly different amino acid profiles.

Whey by far has the best profile and isolate is concentrate without the fat, carbs, and impurities.

Also, try to avoid anything with aspertame. It tastes like bad and is extremely unhealthy.

Casienate can be added up to 30% to whey isolates to slow digestion. This would be great for meal replacement or while you sleep. Otherwise, to ensure a steady supply of protein, you'd need to injest pure whey isolate at least every two hours.

Whey isolate is best without casien or casienate before and after workouts as pure whey isolate is quickly absorbed.

Whey can be added at any time throughout the day to add additional protein to your diet, but since it is so redially absorbable, it is best if taken with food.

Good luck in finding a low price on whey isolate though. You can find concentrate for $4-$5 per lb, but isolate is going to run you anywhere between $8.50-$20 per lb.

This is unbiased info even though my company does sell the highest quality protein available. I will also be selling an economy whey that is a lower quality but at a much lower price.

That's not a sales pitch. I'm just being straight up.
I'm going to offer an economy whey and I'll tell you straight up that it's low quality. But that's what people want. I will gladly fill the demand. I'm going to add the same ingredients that are in Optimum Nutrition or other cheap products at the same percentages and I will sell it for a lot less.

Supply and demand. My agent tried to tell me that most people wouldn't buy high quality whey because they think they are getting more for their money with the cheap stuff.

Well, I'm starting to sound like a salesman... But I'm an honest sales man. Just giving the straight up honest facts. No sales pitch.

If you just care about quality I like Dorian Yates Approved. I use prolab, EAS, and weight gainer also. JUst save the Yates' protein for post workout. I ration his protein becuase that shit is expensive
