what kind of gains can i expect? I'm taking 400 a week? I know it kicks in slow but will i get anything out of this?

i just started the third week of my eq only cycle. im up 8 pounds. but i have also been eating close to 6000 calories so thats a big factor. i get great pumps at the gym but im running mine for 12-14 weeks. you should run it longer. and im doing 600mg week.
