If it doesn't hurt to do cardio same night as legs, which should I do first cardio or legs.

Btw I HATE cardio I have to really make myself do it. Been doing cardio for about 2 weeks now. Before just weights.

I don't usually do it unless I'm tring to cut. Even then I can't do it for long because my legs lose size.

That would be over working them in my opinion. While cutting(the only time I do caardio) legs are on Saturday, the last day of my split. I then take Sunday off. I do my cardio mon-fri, but not on sat or sun for the legs sake. That would be too much for the, to adequately recuiperate.

I usually leave out cardio on leg days, but when I do, I usually just do the bike for about 15 minutes(low level) then a fast walk for 15. I read an article that said you should always do cardio AFTER lifting. Can't remember why...

I run as often as I feel like it. I run on leg days too. It helps to loosen me up after working out.

I sometimes like to warm up on the bike for ten minutes or so before hitting legs, but there's NO WAY I could do any sort of decent cardio AFTER a leg workout... I would puke every damn week if I tried to do that.

Cardio after legs is craziness, I tell you, Craziness!

If you do cardio before a workout you'll deplete your stored up glycogen and won't have enough energy to have a productive workout.

I personally would never do cardio on leg days before or after. I don't know about you but I can barely walk after hitting legs hard.

Doing weights and then cardio has been proved to burn more total calories and a higher % of cals from fat.

I am like you dude. I could hardly walk out of the gym last night. Much less run on rat mill for 30 minutes.

Thanks for all the answers dudes! I think I will do cardio other than leg day.

my opinion is that if you can still do cardio after legs then you need to work your legs a little bit harder. Cmon bro, hit em hard!

My thoughts exactly. If you are able to do cardio imediately following a leg sesion or even the day after then you didn't push them hard enough. I can barely walk out of the gym after legs let alone use them for 30 minutes or what not to perform cardio.
