I know Dbol has a short half life, so it would be pointless to take the whole dose when you work out, or before you work out right? I dont know if this is a dumb question, but it is better to split up say 25mgs into 5 serving thoughout the day right? ---Dwarf--- ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

ideally you split up the doses you you take it every four hours (to keep blood levels steady), but not many bros really do that. if you take 5 a day, take one at 7am, one at 12, one at 4, one at 8, one before bed ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Well, you can go for a lower level throughout the day by spreading them every 4 hours, take them before a workout for a big peak at workout time or split them between morning, afternoon and night for a higher level over 12-16 hours. I've talked to a lot of guys who have tried it these different ways and they still see results. Try them all and see what works for you. I took them spread out through out the day. Even set the alarm to take them. I was seeing descent gains, then I started taking them all a few hours before I worked out. Like if I was going to lift at 4:00, 3 at 2:00 then 3 at 3:00. Thats when I say my results. Who knows??????? ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
