Well dbol has a half life of about 4 hours on average. Your body is continously trying to repair its damaged muscle tissue. Now the reason dbol builds muscle is primarily due to the increased protein synthesis is causes. If you can help turn more aminos into muscle whether on training days or off training days then you are going to obviously increase muscle size. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
