.
Im not posting this on the diet board cuz i \need a reply quick cuZ im gonna go workout in a couple hours.

Basically I am following the Body-For-Life eating routine (portion carbs, portion prot) every meal. However, post workout, I still eat clean, yet I eat *MORE* than a portion.
Maybe 2-3 portions carbs, and sometimes same for protein. I wonder if this will impede me getting leaner. I hear that after workout it doesnt matter, but to clear it up, does it?
***WHY****?
Also, sometimes I eat meat post workout.
I think I read that fat must be avoided like the plague post workout. Is the fat in meat fine for post workout? Or would you recommend chicken/tuna? <<Note that Im not bulking freely, which is why I ask this meat fat content question.

Am I doing something wrong here?
Peace
**Try to answer both questions , k?

Try to have an MRP right after training, then have a whole food meal including meat about an hour or so later.
