. Im not posting this on the diet board cuz i \need a reply quick cuZ im gonna go workout in a couple hours. Basically I am following the Body-For-Life eating routine (portion carbs, portion prot) every meal. However, post workout, I still eat clean, yet I eat *MORE* than a portion. Try to have an MRP right after training, then have a whole food meal including meat about an hour or so later. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
