I dont like it, but of course your going to get alot of diferent opinions here..lots of variables missing like your body type, what your doing (bulking/cutting), and drugs...not enough info to go on..but as a rule, I dont think chest/back routines are effective because it is 2 large bodyparts that need high intesity..just dont think most people can put it together the right way for those kinda days...Oh, and arnold was an idiot. HAHAHAHA..25 sets for triceps, geez ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

What about Legs? I agree with prior post on the day one overload. But, if it's showing progress stick with it. Do you have a off day in between the cycle? For me- shoulders on one day followed by chest is a little tough. I bomb the shoulders pretty hard and it seems my chest work out puts just enough on my shoulders to wear me out if done in two days a row. just my .02 KNOWLEDGE IS KING ![]() ![]() ![]()

Don't like it at all. It begs for overtraining and it neglects too much for a well rounded physique. You missing legs(the biggest mistake you can make) and you are training each muscle twice a week which I firmly beleive is overtraining. You are also combining two massive muscle groups which each require heavy compound movements thus a great deal of intensity and energy. For this these muslce groups will be left sup par. I would train one muslce group a day, with the exeption of arms, once a week. And you have to work legs...No way around it. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

The only person who knows your body the best is you. If you know that training your body parts two times a week and not overtraining then do what works for you. About a month ago I use to do one body part per day and one time per week, i platued. I switched to training two parts per day two times a week alternating chest 2 times with back once and then the next week back twice and chest once. This has gotten me past my sticking point and put on some size. Just get to feel what works for you the best. Also, there is no way around not doing legs so just do them. ---PEACE---Mad Max ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Thanks for the advice. My off day is the fourth day, for those who were wondering. Then I've been starting over. I haven't been doing legs because I had knee surgery about a year ago, and am worried about it. I have been doing cardio on the bikes and shit for my legs, which are pretty big already, from playing soccer in high school. I look proportionate. Any more input would be appreciated bros. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
