I dunno what it is.. I have no drive to go to the gym hardly anymore.. its all I can do to make myself get in there and workout 3 days a week. I just don't feel those pumps anymore and I've lost a bit of weight.. so Im starting to eat a little more to try and put it back on.. My metabolism was slow when i first came off but it seems like its racing now and I burn all my food off.. I just don't get excited about working out now.. whats wrong??!?

I totally agree with you that it is tough to try be motivated after a cycle. It has been about 2 months now after my first cycle of sust. and that first month was rough. My motivation was trying to keep as much of the gains as possible before I start another cycle and I also was motivated to start losing some of that fat I packed on!!! If you can hang in there for the first month or so, it will only get better(mentally). Good luck and remember your next cycle is just around the corner!!

You have to think about AAS as a supplement to your training, not the only way to train. If you can motivate yourself to make some gains naturally, you'll be confident and more likely to stay in this game alot longer.

I have been having the same problem, but I found stimulants work well for me. I have been drinking some "Ulitimate Punch" before workout, and it has made all the difference. ------------------ "Obsession is passion. Use it. Make it your strength." -by Puc

Hey bro, we all go through it & it sucks. I always feel better after the first month or so. I find that Thermadrene or Ephedrine help me a lot to get pumped about going to the gym. Just keep telling yourself that you have to get there and train hard in order to keep what you worked so hard in the first place for. Then think of how much more gains you are going to get on your next cycle if your successful at keeping what you have now. The main thing you don't want to happen is let your training/body go like a yo-yo. Good luck! ------------------
