You need to space out back and shoulders away from chest. Maybe something like:

Mon - Chest
Tue - legs
Wed - rest
Thu - Shoulders/back
Fri - Arms

I find that putting shoulders and back on the same day is best. Works for me anyways. Also, if you're doing cardio on the same days you should do it after you lift. Otherwise you'll waste all of your glycogen and energy for the muscles that need it.

growing, what are your goals? How long are your workouts? Number of sets per body part? Rest period? Intensity?

If you want to know whether or not you are overtraining, thats important.

hey bro,

Break up your uper and lower body a bit like Wfabrizio said. That's what I do.
Day 1- Chest
Day 2- Arms
Day 3- Legs
Day 4- Shoulders
Day 5- Back
Day 6- REST
Start cycle over again.

Also agree with Les, Training abs too often.
Try hitting them EOD.

I'd switch up for awhile and see if you don't make some gains.
Day1:chest/delts/calves(cardio)
Day2:quads/hams/abs(cardio)
Day3 ff
Day4:back/traps/calves(cardio)
Day5:tris/bis/forearms(cardio)
Take the weekends off or at the most do cardio/abs, but I wouldn't if you're not on a cycle.
