Seen all the ads about posing oil? Wondering if it works? Wanna buy it but want to know how to use it like the pros do?
That is what this site was created for. No more wondering if you are using enough cc's, injecting into the correct area or if you should be doing anything different.
It is very basic......although this of course is just a guideline. You may have a better way that works for you.

We DO NOT assume responsibility for any products and are not condoning the use of posing oil as an intramuscular. Although, there are alot of bodybuilders out there using it for that reason I feel it is important to let you know the correct procedures that are a less risk and will help you achieve the greatest gains.

ITEMS NEEDED: 18 - 25 gauge, 3cc or 5cc syringes/sterilized alcohol pads/safety container to dispose properly of used syringes (DO NOT THROW AWAY A USED SYRINGE IN REGULAR TRASH CAN).

Peel off the top of the lid on the posing oil with fingernail or butterknife. You will see a rubber stopper. Push your needle through the stopper all the way in. Turn bottle upside down and SLOWLY pull back on syringe filling the tube to the desired amount of cc's that you will be using. This process does take awhile because the needle is so small and the oil is thick. DO NOT force it in quickly. Once your tube is full you may pull the needle out and squirt it to make sure that all the air that might be in the tube is out. Tap or flick the barrel just to make sure there are no air pockets. Now you are ready for injection.

First you need to figure out which area you will be targeting. I am going to use biceps as an example. (most muscles will be the same procedure as the biceps unless you are going into a larger muscle). Most popular areas for posing oil are.....biceps, triceps, calves, pecs, delts. Note: Can be used on many other muscle groups.

Once you have found which muscle group you are targeting.....you need to find the center of the muscle. Make sure the area does not have any veins where your injection site will be. Wash hands thoroughly,.....wipe off area of injection with sterilized alcohol pad.
Penetrate the area with the syringe just as you did with the rubber stopper. You do not have to go completely all the way down on the needle. Just make sure that you get into the center or "belly" of the muscle. Once the needle is in you need to draw back slightly of the syringe and watch to see if a flash of red blood comes back into the hub "area between needle and tube". If you do see a flash you will need to pull out and try again.
This means that you have either gone through or into a vein. This could cause major problems and you do not want to take the risk. If you do not see a red flash you may continue by injecting the oil. You must go just as slow into your muscle as you did pulling it into the syringe. Again the needle is small and the oil is thick....does take a little time. If you push it in too quickly it will leak right back out and you will have achieved nothing.

Repeat these same instructions on other side. Note: you do not need to put pressure on the injection site UNLESS you drew back blood. If you do draw back blood you can put pressure on that area for a few minutes to help reduce bruising. If you put pressure on a clean site that was properly injected you have a chance of forcing the oil back out.

If I were just starting a cycle and was to work on my biceps....this is the cycle that I would do.

WEEK 1
monday - 3cc's in each arm
wednesday - 3 cc's in each arm
friday - 3cc's in each arm

WEEK 2
monday - 3-5cc's in each arm (you may jump up to 5 this week if you would like)
wednesday - 3-5cc's in each arm
friday - 3-5cc's in each arm

WEEK 3
monday - 5cc's in each arm
wednesday - 5cc's in each arm
friday - 5cc's in each arm

YOUR DONE!!!!
If you would like to achieve further gains you can wait 2-3months and then repeat this cycle.

You may also do more than one area at a time! Like tri's and bi's or etc.

This stuff really does work guys. Look around you......28" arms......they didn't get those from eating Wheaties and hitting the gym everyday....WE ALL KNOW BETTER THAN THAT!!
Just don't be stupid and pay those high prices for a name. You should never pay over $200 for this stuff. If you are.....then start shopping around!!!!!!

Hey, I didn't say everyone should go out and buy the stuff. As a matter of fact, you shouldn't unless you compete and just have to have it to keep up. It's too much trouble and potentially dangerous in my opinion. You have to use it all of the time to get anything out of it. Just thought it might be a useful article for someone.

I've heard more horror stories from people using this stuff than typical as. I've never tried it myself but newbies as well as experienced BB's use with caution. I rerad that Milos Sarcev almost died from inproper use. I'm not flaming you Bi, just don't want to see some 16 year old kid trying to get around some hard work & gear regimen.
