for the job i am getting ready to start i can get drug tested at any time... i need to know if GBL is detectable on the standard drug test. any help is appreciated. ------------------ If you dont stand for something, you'll fall for anything.     | ||

FYI A standard Drug test checks for the following: 1.Cannabinoids (marijuana, hash) 2.Cocaine (cocaine, crack, benzoylecognine) 3.Amphetamines (amphetamines, methamphetamines, speed) 4.Opiates (heroin, opium, codeine, morphine) 5.Phencyclidine (PCP) GHB is rarely if ever tested for. The detection time is 12-24 hours for this test and it is pretty expensive and is usally only done in cases of Suspected Date Rape or in Autopsies. Bottom Line ya ain't got shit to worry about. | ||

Ex-infantry, RojoDiablo is correct. Since GBL breaks down into carbon dioxide and water, your company would have to perform a blood gas analysis which is very expensive. Also, this test would have to be performed within 24 hours of you having taken the GBL due gaseous dissipation. Godspeed | ||

thanks bro's.....i've done my homework on this stuff and i really didnt find anything about the drug testing part.... but i know you guys have posted alot of info on this as i have researched all the archived topics on this board about it, so i know you guys really know your shit about this. thanks again bro's!!! ------------------ If you dont stand for something, you'll fall for anything. |
