I eat a huge meal about every four hours. It's usually a good break up of macronutrients, but I feel like sleeping after every meal. Is this normal. Will a diet change alleviate my post meal lull.

if you have the time then break those huge meals in half and eat every two hours. after you adjust to it im sure you will start to feel the energy. jor

I agree with Jor. If you would try eating 24 hohos and 3 cokes 2x...instead of 48 and 6 respecivly your body might like that better. By the way...in response to your other post. I have seen you in the gym and you do look like 2 nipples and a belly button. heheehehe ------------------
