My old lady's cousin is getting tired of getting ripped off for street gear. So he wants to go to Matamoros to pick up 50ml of winny, 20 cc of deca and a couple of test200 vials. What would happen to him if they find the stuff on him. I am kinda nervous for the dude. He is pretty thick already and I am afraid they might search him because of that. So what will they do to him? I think what he is bringing would definetely constitute personal use. So would they just make him throw it away or would they arrest him and then what would happen to him? Inotherwords what kind of charge would they charge him with and what could a lawyer do for him?    | ||

You friend would have his gear siezed, and possibly fined, I think it's around 500$. I don't think it would go on his US record according to posts I've read about it. Tell your friend to wear loose fitting clothing. I've gone through a couple times and it was a piece of cake, but it only takes once to make it suck. ------------------  | ||

I believe with the amount your friend is bringing over, they wouldn't arrest him. They would probably detain him for a few hours, and eventually let him go. (Although I'm not positive about this I'm just speculating) I have pretty good knowledge of the way the law works, and this is only a knowledgable guess. I suppose if they really wanted to be ass holes they could arrest him, but most likely just seize the gear and fine. I've heard of one case where they just took the guys gear, let him go, and told him not to do it again. Now if you were carrying more than personal use that would be a different story, and arrest might be likely. ------------------ | ||

Customs won't arrest you, but they do call the DEA. Based on the amount of drugs you have with you is how the DEA determines if they want to make an arrest. The general fine for personal use is $500 and confiscation of the gear. They also determine their own "street value" of the gear, which, if greater than $500, could be the fine. The only place where you'll have a record is with the U.S. Customs office. They track your Driver's License, Social Security Number, and any other identification you may have on you. Therefore, you're "marked" in this instance -- if you have to show ID next time you go through the border, expect to be searched. ------------------ | ||

I was caught trying to pass at the Nuevo Laredo border with 48 Sustenon redijects and 25 bottles of Test. 200. I had them in a taxi and he said for 200$ he would get them across with no problem. He was wrong,....we got searched and they found it in the trunk. The cab driver said he had no idea what it was and I tried denying it and it didnt work. I was detained for about an hour while they calculated the amount of gear I had. When they came back they said that I had like 1100$ worth of gear and that was my fine. I quickly told them that I didnt have that kind of cash so they discussed it with the head guy and I dont know what the hell "mitigated" means but they did it to my fine and it got it down to 500$ and I payed it and left. They were pretty nice and they even let me leave and go to the ATM trusting me to come back. I went back with some friends about a month ago and I walked back with no gear and man you talk about searched,... it took them like an hour and they even put me in a damn booth to x ray me and make sure I hadnt stuffed it you know where. My advice is there are alot more ways to get it back than walk it back. | ||

Dr. Cauth, Wow. What an experience. Did they recognize you on your second trip(inotherwords is that why they gave you the extra hassle)? I have never seen them search anybody with an x ray before. Or are you pretty big right now and that made them suspicious? | ||

The stormtroopers would probably shove a baton up your ass and kick you in the head. Then they would make up a lie about you getting rough with them first. Sorry, I don't like cops in case you can't tell. | ||

When you walk through you have to show them your drivers license or some legit ID and they saw that I was from out of state and to them that is an alarm going off saying "SEARCH." So then they checked my record with US Customs and it showed that I was caught like a month earlier so they just figured I had something but I was clean as a whistle. |
