What do pros use to combat this problem? i was looking at some pics of pros and started wondering about this, all their photo shoots they have good looking skin....how is that? EAST_COAST_BODYBUILDER     | ||

I was wondering that too. I bet some photos are retouched but still. I know GH helps the skin look 'nicer' but I don't know if it helps with acne. | ||

yeah i'm sure a few are retouched too, but they are taking wayyyyy more than anyone here, so the sides should be worse. s othey must know something that everyone else doesn't. hmmmmm, what could it be? do they all take acne medication?? or something else? EAST_COAST_BODYBUILDER | ||

BUMP, I saw some pics of Flex and Priest during their bulking phase (they where pudgy) and they had no acne, maybe it is touch ups on the pictures, or maybe they have knowledge we don't? | ||

I saw a picture of Gary Strydom once and his back and shoulders were covered with big volcanoes. I think most of the pics are probably touched. Tanning does help by dring the skin and making the zits less noticable. | ||
