Please give us a call and we will walk you through it. The encryption is pretty particular. It will not work with WebTV and does not like Macs. It also likes the newer browsers.

Probably because your server is AOL. Go to start, programs, and down to Internet Explorer. Make sure your signed on to AOL, and click on IE. It works with that.
