hey bros

i wanted to get an idea of what everyone does, if anything, for cardio during a cycle. Please let me know how often, how long, how intense, etc.

I didnt on my last cycle, and I could feel it. I was out of breath after walking up a few flights of steps. I will this time, maybe 2-3 days per week, 20-30 minutes.

I was of the opinion that you should do as little as possible. The heart is a muscle, excercising it when on gear will lead to enlargement like the other muscles.

damn strengthmonster never thought about that! i was planning on doing a brisk walk (~4.0 mph) for 20-30 minutes 3 days/week.

Cutting: yes
Bulking: No

I generally cut with lower amounts of gear to preserve muscle. Im an ecto so bulking means no cardio, if I could get on a people mover to the fridge I would do it.

LOL @ Slopain - i'm a natural endo so i gotta watch my food intake/cardio all the time. Just started my sust/dbol cycle - my workouts have been unbelievable!

30 minutes of treadmill cardio (just hit your target heart rate) and keep it there for 30 minutes. Do this three times a week, four tops.

lol Slopain, I'm after one of those stannah stair lifts. I saw a chair the other night for elderly people that stands you up without even having to flex your quads. HEHE!
