Since my background is not in chemistry, I was wondering what happens with arimidex.

Since it blocks the enzyme that allows test to aromatize, how does the body metabolize the excess test floating around? I want to know all the various metabolic pathways your body uses to dispose of testosterone.

It's pretty simple, the extra test that is floating
around is used by the body accordingly.
Similar to exogeneously injected test. Most
of the inactivated test from our blood stream is
excreted via our urine.

Since the aromatization is blocked, there is most likely more conversion to dht by a-reductase.

Ok, E-Toon I see were you are going:

-During normal body conditions, some
of the test present in our bodies is
converted to DHT.
- Now ,since we are using arimidex to
increase test levels and lower estrogen
levels, more DHT is going to be produced
due to the increase in test.

Godspeed
