I just started a bulking cycle 400mg/deca week/dbol, and am not very happy with the weight I am putting on my midsection. should I hit 35 or 40 min. cardio EOD to keep the fat off or will this be counterproductive to my mass cycle? i always try to do cardio. i would do it 3 times a week and see what happens. if you are loosing too much size, then drop the cardio. how many calories are you eating and are they clean? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

My cardio during bulking consists of making my seven meals and walking form one exercise to the other in the weight room. I avoid it while bulking. Kind of defeats the purpose of gaining mass. If you are putting on too much fat it's your diets fault not the lack of cardio. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
