I just started a bulking cycle 400mg/deca week/dbol, and am not very happy with the weight I am putting on my midsection. should I hit 35 or 40 min. cardio EOD to keep the fat off or will this be counterproductive to my mass cycle? I usually do my cardio first thing in the morning before I take in any calories to attempt to burn fat not muscle.

i always try to do cardio. i would do it 3 times a week and see what happens. if you are loosing too much size, then drop the cardio. how many calories are you eating and are they clean?

My cardio during bulking consists of making my seven meals and walking form one exercise to the other in the weight room. I avoid it while bulking. Kind of defeats the purpose of gaining mass. If you are putting on too much fat it's your diets fault not the lack of cardio.
