I did my third set of deads tonight and I was light headed and nauseous!! I had to sit down. I was close to puking. I feel this way after squats sometimes but, never this bad. It seems like this happens to alot of people. What actually causes this?? Is it a lack of fluids or low blood sugar?? Or maybe exhaustions??

There are multiple things and you hit on some of them - but use rational thought - deads are great b/c they use many muscles, and many large muscles at that. those muscles need blood to function, so they draw blood away from other organs, including your brain. this makes you light headed/dizzy - as does racing if you have ever run track.
various chemicals are hitting your system and puking is one of the things that your body does in reaction.
and an arguement could be made that your core body temp goes up, which causes the stomach enzymes to die off (they have a small temp zone that they are happy at - hence why you boot when you have the flu and fever) and your stomach doesn't know what to do with the stuff sitting around that isn't normally there and upwards it goes.

but generally, just know that you are working out very hard if that is happening. make sure you have fluids and food in your system.

Puking can also be a defense mechanism. If you body feels you are exerting yourself beyond safe limits, it will make you puke. Why? Well, whats the first thing that happens when you puke? You drop to your knees and take a nice long rest. Just what your body wanted you to do.

Hey I just did my deads yesterday, finished up, was tired as fuck. Walked up to my car and wham, technicolor yawn!

I figured it was a good workout.
