I have a question in regards to the water retention that Winstrol has: I have been taking Sustanon for 4 wks and have gained 15lbs during that time. My strength has improved and have seen a change in my upper body. I am however dissapointed by how much water I am retaining. I have gone from a 33 waist to a 36. My diet is strict and do about 4-5 days of cardio a wk. I enjoy the muscal gains from Sustanon but the negitives (water retention) outweigh the possitives. So that brings me to my question: If I were to take Winstrol and Sustanon would Winstrol release the water that Sustanon in holding or would I just have to get off Sustanon completly and stay w/Winstrol? In other words, would Sustanon cancel out the diaretic ability that Winstrol has or would Winstrol I compensate for Sustanons retention factor? Thank you for your response.

the winstrol might reduce the water a little bit. However, 10mg of nolvadex woud do the trick and drinking about 2 galoons of water a day. just carry it around with you and expect frequent bathroom trips. Also i would try to run the wintrol towards the end of the cycle to help you keep your gains as you come off the test. But for now the nolvadex should do the trick.

No,Winstrol will not cancel out the estrogen-induced edema from the sust.Get ahold of an anti-estrogen(nolvadex) or an anti-aromitase(arimidex)if it's of real concern to eliminate the bloat...
