Anyone know if excessive caloric intake can poison you? I have an insane metabolism, and it seems I need about 6000 to grow naturally. About a week after I started eating this much, I got sick, no fever, but it felt like I had the flu or something.

I drink almost 3 gallons of water per day and all my food is clean, mainly shakes, oatmeal, steak, rice and udo's choice.

Guess I'll find out now that I'm back to 6000 but this is an interesting question nonetheless.

Yep. Not as hard as you'd guess. I take a gallon with me to school and finish that off by 12:00, almost another gallon before/during workout, and another gallon for the rest of the night.

As a side note, I belive that since carbs need 3 h20 molecules per carb (CHO) molecule to be stored as glycogen that you risk excessive fat storage if you don't provide these water molecules.

I piss at least once an hour, usually twice.

I don't know if you can make your bladder stronger, try 'kegel' exercises. (search)

I'm going to do a ton of those when I start my cycle hehehe

Another hard-gainer. Very few of them
on EF. Personally, I also need a vast
amount of calories due to my activity
levels+metabolism. Anytime my calories
approach 6500+ I start getting a bit tired.
I think your body is just overwhelmed with
the amount of nutrients it has to process,
and gets weakened for a certain amount
of time. Too many carbs used to be the
culprit in my case, try going to a 50% fat,
25% carb, 25% prot diet, you should feel
better.

Godspeed
