19 sets for your back could be considered over training, it all depends on your body though. What works for some doesnt always work for others.

All seems good to me though

I think it looks good. You might try cutting back on sets especially for arms and shoulders but some people respond well to a higher volume(Arnold). One word of advice though. Get off the squate machine and use the free bar. If you have a squat rack or power rack at your gym use it. Over all it looks good. Good mix of exercises and good spacing between body parts. It's refreshing to see a question about the more important things involved with AS like training in this situation instead of "how much will I gain off this cycle?". Looks like you have a good outline that would work well for most people. See how you feel and respond on it and ajust from there. Those who have the patience and practice to learn what thier body responds to are the ones who succeed in the gym.

Thanks a lot guys ! I have to admit that the free bar scares me, I saw the dawn pic of that guy who crushed his foot ! I'll ask the pros at the gym to do it with the free bar,

Thanks again,

DS

The free bar is perfectly safe. It will only benifit you in numerous ways. It will recruit far more muscle and deeper muscle fibers. You have to use many stabalizing muscle groups which is only of benifit. Chances are good you won't be loading enough weight on the bar to snap your leg. Remember, power lifters are all about ego driven strength. They will chance it with poundage they may not be able to handle. They arn;t in it to pump out High rep squats with flawless form with the goal of fully developing the quads solely for looks.
