Guys, this fucking blows... Friday some no driving 20 y/o little bitch hit me and totalled my brand new bad ass 2000 Performance Red Mustang. I mean FUCKED IT UP!!! She turned across a Blvd. to go the opposite way i was coming and turned into my lane and hit me more on the right front of the stang. My engine went from 225 cubic inches to about 50cu/i. And to top it all off the airbags didnt deploy. My car was towed and is all smashed up on a lot now. And to top it all off... the no driving bitch that hit me and spun me into a lane of oncoming traffic... threw it in reverse and took off. Later i found out she parked in a parking lot by the mall because i would have ripped her fat 600 pound head off. And then when her dad got there she cried to him "DADDY HE HIT ME!!!" OH GOD i was going to kill her. Damn this sucks... sorry to dump on yall but had to get it out. Later bros ------------------ Life is short     | ||

start suing people, this is the US after all. Sue her obviously, ford for the airbags, sue the state for giving the bitch a license, sue her dad for buying her a dangerous weapon, sue the police department for allowing her to drive these past four years, sure we could come up with more. Sorry to hear it man, I know it sucks, been there, twice. | ||

Its a V-6, thats why the engine was small, slick. And i do remember that a Cobra-R smoked a maro... so chill. Anyway... imma sue the fuck out of that little girl.... her ass wont drive away from the next accident i guarantee. Its all good... a little inconvenience but its gonna be fine in the end. Its crazy cause earlier that morning i was saying "Damn i wish someone would hit me so i could sue the fuck out of them" Ford said the airbags didnt deploy cause it wasnt a straight head on collision... so other words 10-20 mph faster i would've been thru the windshield on the hood dead and the airbags would still be in the dash and steering wheel. ------------------ Life is short | ||

The cobra-r costs over 50K and they only made... what 200 of them. THere are limited editon Z's that beat the fuck out of the cobra. a v6 stang is not a sports car | ||

Man, that sucks. Listen, this is imprtant - no kidding. Satrt writing down EVERYTHING AND ANYTHING that pertains to the incident, and any follow-up things. ALL OF IT. Every phone call, every piece of paper, every discussion, get a copy of the police report if one was made out. GET IT ALL. WRITE IT DOWN. KEEP IT ALL. Make notes of every conversation. TRUST ME. This will put you in a very powerful position in any future actions. It will also help you to keep records of everything. Plus - its good for your head man, seriously. You get it all "out". Make detailed notes starting at the time of the accident, leading up until now. If you cant think of everything, just make notes, anything. DO IT DO IT DO IT. | ||

Listen to Riker's advice. Some bitch tried sueing me last year when I hit her car that was parked in a no parking zone. Luckily my friend had a disposable camera. We took pictures of the car right after I hit her. I also made record of all the times she called and threatened to sue if I didn't pay for her to rent a "full size" car while her piece of shit Saturn was in the shop. I made record of EVERYTHING thanks to the advice of my dad. She didn't stand a chance when we went to court. She had no documentation of anything. Did you have any witnesses? I don't think you should fake an injury if you don't have any. It's all about character. ------------------ |
