i hear that chitosan links fat from the food you eat....to your shit.......so you dont digest it..... Thats why you have to eat chitosan before you eat your meals.... IS THIS TRUE? now....if this is true....then isnt it ok to keep some chitosan handy incase you cheat on your diet..... ------------------     | ||

I have used it with ECA and had great results. However, the results may have come due to my diet & cardio. It's cheap, so it probably couldn't hurt to include it when cutting. ------------------ | ||

My girlfriend is using Xenical.She always has to park herself near restroom.But,it works very well.She lost 11lb. in first couple of weeks and she eats all the fats she wants. | ||

Chitosan and orlistat block the absorbtion of fat soluable vitamins like A and E so you will need to supplement these to stay healthy. I really don't see the problem with taking in a little extra fat now and again while dieting. If you plan on eating alot of fat all of the time then I guess these drugs are useful but it just seems wiser to just cut back on the fat you eat. Do you get a discount on Depends if you show your receipt for Chitosan or Xenical? giantset ------------------ |
