Here's my problem, my biceps aren't actually that bad, they are pretty good sized......I just need some tips on getting my peak better, they really don't have that peak that i want- i usually hit them pretty good doing preacher curls, hammer, reverse, and a couple other bicep workouts, so what bicep workouts should i focuse on more?

dumbell curls and concentration curls. preacher and barbell curls are known to be bicep builders, while dumbells concentrate more on the peak.

being tall means my biceps are just about my weakest body part. I finally got fed up with what I was doing and redesigned the workout.
I threw my ego out the door and started doing really light weights of straight bar 21 curls doing real slow controlled motion, after 3 sets of those I do seated dumbbell or hammer curl with a really slow motion also, then I do the concentration curls bent over like arnold does in pumping iron with a light weight, slow motion, watching myself in the mirror making sure i'm using perfect form. They seem to be responding well

There is really only one specific exercise for biceps. The curl. All bicep exercises are a variation of this simple move. That being said any curling movement will affect the bicep. Much of the peak has to do with genetics. Some of short high bi's, others have long, thin, flat bi's. Some people have strong bi's and some have weak ones. Foccus on form and peak contraction and you are doing all you can to stimulate the muslce. If it will grow into a high peak is up to your genetics.

beezers is right, but you can alson concentrate on hammer curls, slow and keeping the palms facing your sides, that'll iso the bi under the peak and therefore make the peak look higher.
