I am thinking of going from 3 to 4-5 days a week of training so that i cant put more intensity on each body part.Should i make the move ? If so how many days and do you bros have any good routines that will keep me from overtraing.

The best thing i have found to bulk up is to go five days a week.
Monday: Chest
Tuesday: Back
Wednesday: Arms
Thursday: Shoulder
Friday: legs
That way you can get real intense on each body part.

There is a good article in Health&Fitness this month about training frequency and overtraining which states the fact that one should do no more than 3 intense sessions of anaerobics per week and 5 sessions of aerobic for maximum gains. I give my muscles a day off and always make my workouts count. I am also working on lowering my bf% so this routine works for me:

Monday:Cardio 30 min.
Tuesday:Back/Chest
Wed:Cardio 30 min.
Thurs:Legs
Fri:Cardio 30 min.
Sat:Arms
Sun:Start routine over with Back/Chest

Try 4 days a week first and see how you respond.

man there's no secret workout that works better than any other. everyone is different, as long as your diet and sleep, etc is on key, the gains will be there. but you have to change up every 2months at least anyway, so if you're going from 3 to 5, know that your diet probably needs to change with it. change is always good to jumpstart new growth.
