Well I decide to see what the difference is between using these two methods of fat testing. I had 3 different trainers do caliper tests on me. Well the results were 16%, 17% & 18%. Compare this to the 25% that the body Pod showed. If you take the highest caliper reading of 18% then you are looking at 7% difference or 28% variation. I told you guys that Pod test was a lot higher than you would expect. ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

OK everyone tore my ass before when I said that the results that you get with calipers are lower than with total body measurements. So now I have some facts to back it up and no one responds? ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
