Well this is what it said: This shipment contained item(s) that were determined to be an illegal importation. The U.S. customs service has the responsibility to intercept & seize illegal items when they are being attempted to be brought into the United States by any means. Accordingly, the item(s) was removed form the shipmenty & seized by the u.s. customs service. The remaining items in this shipment are being forwarded on to you as they are not considered to be an importation contrary to U.S. customs and/or related laws. If you have any questions contact blah, blah, blah. What the hell? I ordered Clomid & Nolvadex. I thought these were both legal to import to the U.S.A.     | ||

they are both legal to import. customs opened up one of my packages that had only clomid and nolvadex in it. they resealed it and put a green sticker on it and wrote "health products". i can't really tell you what to do. you can always fight it, but 20 bucks of clomid is not worth the hassle. my best advice is to re-order. if you send the letter to your source, he might resend for free. peace...Arms | ||

The customs usually reseal & deliver prod like clomid or nolvadex,but not necessarily,you can challenge their claims or better send the original copy to the source,if its the same guy I think I know of,he will resend 100%within 10 days of receipt...Peace. | ||

Clomid and Nolvadex are prescription drugs, therefore, the customs agents have the authority to allow it into the country or not. Usually, if there is a small amount they will reseal it and send it to you. If there is a large amount they confiscate it. ------------------ [email protected]

It was 48 tabs of clomid and 60 tabs of nol. I got the same green customs sticker that said health products on it hand written | ||

That green sticker that you are talking about is mandatory for all out of country parcels. The post office puts them on. It doesn�t mean that customs went through it. ------------------ [email protected]

Alot of people have been getting their Clomid seized since after Christmas. I guess you are one of the lucky ones. You'll probably be getting an official letter from customs in a week or two asking if you want to claim the items. Let me guess your items came through Chicago customs, right ?? | ||

I feel bad that they are screwing with you. I just ordered 300 tabs of novladex and it was delivered by US MAil with no notice by Customs. THis was 2 weeks ago. | ||

I know that the green customes sticker is mandatory. And yes Bonecrusher you are correct the items came through Chicago customs. | ||

I have heard that Customs is getting more of a pain in the ass with Clomid and Nolvadex. I have been lucky so far, especially with the number of packages I get a week of those. I am sure my time will come to have one snagged as well. ------------------ | ||
