hi, i'm starting in a couple weeks an 8 week cycle with primotest, and fina, 2 cc's of primo-t per week, with 6 cc's of fina per week. i want to put on some mass, but i don't want to get any fatter, or even lose a couple of pounds of fat. my first cycle was just dbol, put on 40 pounds in 6 weeks, but a lot of fat as well, was eating like 4500 calories per day. right now, 5'10, 230. so i guess what i'm asking is how many calories should i consume so that the gear will kick in and i won't get fat, thanks. ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I would say 4500-5000 cals a day but if you put a ton of fat on your last cycle eating that amount then obviously you need to be consuming less calories. Nobody here knows your body, that's your job, so nobody can really tell you how much and what to be eating. You NEED to know these major details before you start. At 230 I would get at least 4500 a day to make good use of the AS. If you want to bulk then you must consume an excess of calories. No way around that. If you want to cut then foccus soley on that by restricting calorie intake and altering traing by including some cardio and perhaps high intensity methods. Sounds like you need to decide what your goal for this cycle is. As of now you're saying I want to bulk and cut at the same time. This will leave you stranded right in the middle of getting bigger and getting leaner which is right where you are now...That would be a waste of AS. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
