Have cycled about 4 times and lost most gains from those cycle. Just did a cycle of 1250mg test week for 6 weeks and gained about20lb but I think half was fat. My ass is small and fat but I work out hard eat right sleep. Here are my stats. flame away. 175lb 5,9 15inch bicep 215lb bench press. That is fucking pathetic! What could be the problem am i just geniticaly screwed. My wrist are very thin I read that that could mean I am a hardgainer. Mabey just being impatient but have been at this for almost 2 year and am stronger but still a small little bitch. Hope one of you vet or somebody could help me. If I told somebody I juiced they would probably not believe it. finnaly am starting to use clomid though. Could really use some advice.

bro, eat at least 1.5g protein per pound, and get at least 20 cals per pound, train hard, sleep and youll be a happy man.

I train about three times a week,mon-chest,wed-back-arms,fri-shoulders. I try to get at least 1gram of per pound. God really dont want to think that its just genitic even though im sure it is. can I overcome this or am I just fucked that is really discouraging to think that there is nothing i can do. and when I get high calories I gain but aslo gain fat would a high caloire diet and cardio in the morning help?

Youve done 4 cycles and are only 175? WTF?! Whats wrong with you kids? This is one of the sorriest things Ive read so far.

Wheres your leg day? Bad knees I guess, huh? Why arent you getting AT LEAST 2 gr per lb of BW in protein? The 1 gram per is for natural lifters man. Geezzuz! How old are you...bout 15? Isnt there an age limit for this site?

Legs are important as hell - they wake up your system - like your brain goes "fuck, if he's gonna keep this crazy shit up, I'd better get bigger for the next time it happens" - and not leg extensions - do dealifts if you are tall or squats if you are shorter - or hell, do both - that is what I like.

I've been lifting since I was 8 and always had a hard time getting big - I would get cut up and really strong, but never change size.
Then 5-6 months ago I started taking in 2-3 times as much food and 2-3 times as much protein as I normally did and I ballooned up in size - about 10lbs every month.
then after 1 week on gear went up 10lbs (mostly bloat).

Diet is huge - it is possible that your genetics and receptors are poor, but diet is such a huge part that I'd look into that first.
take in 3-4K cals and 2-3grams protein per - hell, just make sure to get 50-60 grams protein each meal, and have 6 meals that are each 300-600 cals and if that doesn't gain you mass, then you aren't doing something right.

I feel you on the hardgainer thing bro. I think if you took the other bros advice about protine intake you would do better.
