WELL FROM TIME TO TIME I LIKE TO DO THE HANGS FROM A PULL UP BAR OR THEY EVEN HAVE SLINGS THAT YOU PLACE YOUR ELBOWS IN TO SUPPORT YOURSELF. YOU BRING YOUR KNEES TO YOUR CHEST AND THEN SLOWLY BRING THEM BACK DOWN REPEAT THIS AND CONTINUE UNTIL FALIURE THIS WILL WORK YOUR LOWER ABS AND ALSO YOUR OBLIQUES IF YOU SIMPLY TURN YOUR LEGS TO THE SIDE.

ALSO THE BEST WAY TO ACHEIVE KILLER ABS ARE YOUR DIET IT MUST BE DIALED IN TO THE TOP NOTCH. THIS IS THE KEY NOTHING ELSE WILL HELP.
DIET IS YOUR FREIND
GOODLUCK

I HAVE DONE CRUNCHES, LEG RAISES, SIT UPS AND JUST ABOUT EVERY ABS EXERSIZE YOU CAN THINK OF BUT I WAS NEVER ABLE TO SEE MY ABS UNTIL I GOT MY BF% LOW ENOUGH. THOSE AB EXERSIZES HELP BUT IF YOU REALLY WANT TO BE ABLE TO SEE THE ABS I SUGGEST DIET,CARDIO AND MAYBE AN E/C/A WOULD HELP. HOPE THIS HELPS. GOOD LUCK ON GETING THOSE ABS OUT

Like everyone else said, diet is key 1. As far as exercise, I don't think that there is any 1 best ab exercise. It takes a combination of different movements to get a well defined 6pack. Leg raises, crunches, ab wheel all work good for me.
