I know first hand now how the feds work. I was on the phone with N***** / B***** minutes before he was taken down by the D*A. The way to understand the process is like looking at a prizefighter, one win does not make a career, but 100 will. All investigative branches of law enforcement work the same way. At the end of the day it抯 a numbers game. The D*A is looking to post numbers; agents get promotions on numbers of arrest not convictions. All of us that actively post here are on an org chart / family tree. The objective is to take as many links out of the supply chain as possible. Many will say end users are of no concern. WRONG! If your order is around $500 and up you are worth taking down. If your supplier has your shipping info on their PC or you have an order on the way at the time of the bust. Bingo you are going to get some type of visit, even if it is invisible to you. Remember Prosecutors work for convictions agents work for arrest.
The supplier usually gets taken in 1 of 3 ways: International package gets picked up and a controlled delivery follows which is a joint effort of federal and local law enforcement. OR 2 a large express mail or private mail service (FED-EX, etc.) comes from a HOT ZONE and is X-rayed and followed by federal agents. 3 their source was busted and packages were followed, could be a combination of agencies. Next the target is placed under tight surveillance for a minimum of 48 hours continuously. Photos are taken of every move and stop. What you eat, when you sleep, what mail places you visit, anything that you have in your hands, all they have it... picking up $ at WU or getting your mail. Now they have the needed circumstantial evidence to obtain a warrant.

Now that your in custody, you are shown the trail of evidence that they have on you. They show you the org chart (from part 1) and tell you they got it all figured out. All you need to do is help them tie up a few details that they don't have YET. You are allowed to go home uncharged and think about it: Roll on people that supply me and people that I supply and I don't go to jail OR keep my mouth shut and take my chances.... Hum They do know everything any way. AND THAT MY FRIENDS IS HOW ONE BUDDY GIVES UP ANOTHER. REMEMBER its the arrests that count, take down the supply chain, Its not the conviction. Your PC will also be taken if there is enough evidence on it. Otherwise they will copy the files they want and let you keep your PC. THIS INCLUDES PASSWORDS to email and boards.

If your supplier or buddy goes down and gives you up intentionally or not, how much trouble are you in? NONE if you don't have possession of illegal compounds. etc.. It is not against the law to know about the sale and possession of controlled substances, it is not against the law to be friends with people who violate the law. The law does not have a "birds of a feather provision" other than for convicted felons. DENY DENY DENY and get a lawyer to talk for you. If you get a visit and the agents, local or federal, tell you they know what you are up to and you need to tell them everything (and this does happen). DON"T SAY A THING! GET A LAWYER OR AT LEAST TELL THEM THAT YOU WANT AN ATTORNEY PRESENT. Look at those people in Colorado, the Ramsey's, whose daughter was murdered and the police wanted to talk to them. Their lawyers were able to delay that meeting for 4 months. If you were not under surveillance and there is not an evidence trail then all they can do is hope you talk. If the only information on you is an email or order confirmation slip you most likely will not be contacted. If you live in al lower crime area then you may get a visit from a local narcotics division officer to see what he can find out. He will try to get you to admit to it by saying hey its no big deal we just wanted to know a few dtails. DENY DENY DENY get a lawyer. If you talk to anyone about any details then you could be charged on your own admissions. If there is solid evidence against you the agents have to get you in the act / possession to arrest you.

Is your package hot?
Well there are a couple of surefire signs that there may be a problem. First on the use of a PMB, once the mailman drops the mail there it is considered delivered. The post office will not pick it up unless you or the owner of the PMB requests them to. The PMB must hold mail for you even if your box expired for a period of 6 months. There should be no urgency to get a package. So if you are called and told you must get the package that day; its hot. Second: Controlled deliveries occur when you use a home address. It is rare for the arrest to occur at the PMB. You are usually followed from the PMB and then arrested. The first sign of trouble is they want to get a signature for the package and will not leave it at the door even with the signature release. Even if you don抰 open the box, they will still execute the warrant. If they find anything in your home, you get to choose, go to jail or work for them. If nothing is found you will beat the charges in court should they decide to pursue anyway. Remember if you are home the postman will ask for signature out of habit, this does not mean that it is hot. Also controlled deliveries are done with a few men so there will be a van parked across the street two houses up or so.
