I just wanted to tell all you bros how much this board has helped me in the past few months. After a divorce(16yrs)job loss,depression my life sucked.Yes im a NOVICE on the board but old to the game of iron. I dont post much but read and learn from the ones who know their shit.After a 6 week training routine I started a new cycle after being off for several months.Im back to my old self and feel great. Not to bore you but just to say thanks and train hard.     | ||
