After trying damn near every gizmo I could find to test my bodyfat, I have come up with a simple test you can do in the privacy of your own home without any equipment, and I have found to be 99.9% accurate! Here goes: 1. Standing with your hands at your sides, back straight, and fully undressed (skivvies too) tilt your head forward until your chin is touching your chest. 2. Take a deep breath and exhale. 3. With your head in the lowered position, look toward the ground with both eyes. Rate your bodyfat level based on the following observations from what you see when you do this: a.FULL VIEW OF DICK & BALLS 7-12%bf Hopefully this will save the majority of you bro's out there from shelling out your hard earned money on expensive scales and calipers! Yeah, I tried it. Chin to chest but could only see 1/4 of shaft. Once I lifted my chin alittle, I could see the head. | ||
