7 weeks out from a show and I continue to have pain in my anterior delt region esp with bicep work. Supposedly bicep tendonitis...has been going on for months and I have taken off 2 months in the past for this shit. Anti-inflammatories help but the pain comes back. On a cycle of clen/wistrol/eqp and afraid of cortisone shot due to possible tendon rupture. I am getting depressed over this...need to hear some success stories with training injuries...even worse than what I have. Thanks.

I am a walking injury lately. I got bronchitis, got over it then hurt my shoulders on decline. That ached for a week straight. Then I got a bad-ass cold which I still have. I was working arms doing standing barbell curls and it kill my shoulder. I let it heal a few more days and decided to try chest again. It kind of hurt a little, but since that day it has not hurt at all! But...i went and worked back last night and injured my back between my shoulder blades. I have been living on Ibuprofen lately Hang in there and do lifts that don't hurt.

Accupuncture! Had inflammation in my Brachilialas (spelling?) for months, couldn't do back or bis without problems and lost weight and everything. Rest didn't help or massage. It was either cortisone shots or try accupuncture which was recommended by, and sworn to me to be great by, my Jujitsu teacher so I tried it. 2 treatments later I am fine, it is the tits!

I am currently undergoing treatment for a seperated shoulder. I was an idiot to ignore the pain when I was training, and eventually I seperated my shoulder doing militaries. That was almost 8 months ago, and I haven't touch a heavy weight since. Because of this, I went from a hard 211 lbs, to a very soft 203. It's depressing when you can't shoulder press 20 lb dumbbells. Now, I'm doing physio and flexibility exercises; it really helps. Even if you lose lots of mass, you can gain it back pretty easily. I might even try acupuncture.

I hurt all the time and just learn to train around injuries. Both my elbows hurt, my right shoulder has been a problem for years and now my knees are starting to hurt. I usually go real light for the first few sets until everything is warmed up good then I go as heavy as I can. During leg day my knees were killing me. I started wrapping them which I never did before on heavy sets and it made all the difference in the world. Not nearly as much knee pain now after training legs.

I got injuried doing squats. I felt pain in the lumbar area (lower back) in th middle of the movement. I have had that pain in the area since then. I heve gone to treatment but this seems not to be working and the antiinflamatories are part of my life since then.
