I just finished up a 7 day cycle of DNP. And I dot a wicked sore throat. And I feel almost like I have a mild flu. I am just wondering if this is normal.     | ||

It's not normal, BUT is's the common sides of overdosing on dnp. give a day or three and it should go away(as the dnp clears out of your body). If you have questions you can mail me at [email protected] Take care. VIKING OF THE NORHT | ||

It is normal to have a bit of a sore throat mainly due to dehydration while on DNP. Up your water a little. Luca | ||

Outside guess here, but it could be that some of the DNP residue was on the outide of the cap, and came into contact with your throat on the way down. | ||

The way I read your post I understood that you had symptombs of a mild flu, such as sore throat, in that case you overdosed a little. But of course you drink (or should at least) lots of water. There is a big diff. in the way dnp is in direct contact with you throat will feel like compared to the 'sore' throat/flu feeling. | ||

Don't listen to those guys. I have become a DNP guru. Everyone i know that has used has gotten a sore throat. Its from your body temperature. When you have a constant fever 24 hours a day, your body begins to react to it | ||

As far as water is concerned when I diet I drink 2 gallons a day. I finished my cycle on friday, I still have my symptoms, which I figured I would considering it takes 36 - 48 for DNP to clear your system. I thank you all for your responses, I was getting a little worried about what was going on. | ||

No offense Rugby, but your core temp should not rise significantly while on DNP unless you are becoming very dehydrated. It is not thermogenic like clen or eca, it does not work that way. In fact your surface temp should not rise significantly either, even though you feel like you are on fire. Get a couple of thermometers, one for core temp and a strip thermometer for surface temp, and take your temp several times a day before and after taking DNP. I think you will really be surprised at the outcome. I know I was. About the sore throat, I have gotten the same thing on the last few DNP cycles I have done and even experienced it while using t3. I think these guys are correct in assuming it is due to dehydration. I breathe through my mouth most of the time so my throat dries out alot and causes a sore throat. giantset ------------------ | ||
