I work each body part once per week whether I am on the sauce or not. Your body only grows while resting, not lifting.

In the seventies Arnold, Sergio, Serge Nubret, Lou Ferrigno all trained each bodypart twice a week. Now this as changed to once a week.
It is up to you, what do you like best. That's what matters and that's what counts.
But if you want to go further like going on stage, well once a week is the norm for this and the previous decade.

I wasted many years screwing with trying to train my body twice a week.
I train one part per day
Chest
off
Back
Arms
off
Shoulder
Legs
This is the only way i can work each part hard enough to grow.
Your body only wants to get fat (easy to put on). I does not want to put on muscles (hard to put on).
