In the seventies Arnold, Sergio, Serge Nubret, Lou Ferrigno all trained each bodypart twice a week. Now this as changed to once a week. It is up to you, what do you like best. That's what matters and that's what counts. I wasted many years screwing with trying to train my body twice a week. I train one part per day Chest off Back Arms off Shoulder Legs This is the only way i can work each part hard enough to grow. Your body only wants to get fat (easy to put on). I does not want to put on muscles (hard to put on). ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
